Grayson College is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Rampy as the new Executive Director of the Grayson College Foundation, where she will lead philanthropic initiatives, donor relations and strategic partnerships in support of student success and the College’s institutional goals.

A Denison native, Rampy brings a wealth of experience in higher education advancement and business leadership, with a career centered on hospitality, relationship-building and fundraising success. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of University Advancement and Alumni Engagement at Texas Woman’s University. Her previous roles include development leadership at Texas Tech University and executive education at Southern Methodist University.

Throughout her career, Rampy has guided transformative fundraising efforts, including a comprehensive university campaign that exceeded its goal ahead of schedule and secured the largest philanthropic gift in the institution’s history.

Rampy holds an MA in Strategic Communication and Innovation and a BS in Restaurant Hotel and Institutional Management both from Texas Tech University, as well as an AAS in Accounting from Dallas College.

“I am thrilled to return home to Denison and serve the community through Grayson College and its Foundation.” Rampy said. “I look forward to working alongside our donors and partners to create meaningful opportunities for students and to further the College’s mission.”

Grayson College congratulates Lisa Rampy on her new role and looks forward to the leadership and insight she will bring to advancing student success and strengthening community partnerships.
