Grayson College is pleased to announce the promotion of Robyn Voight to the newly expanded role of Vice President of People and Culture, effective June 2, 2025. This strategic move underscores the College's commitment to fostering a thriving, supportive and positive environment for all employees.

Voight previously served as the Director of Human Resources at Grayson College, where she has been instrumental in modernizing HR operations, enhancing employee compensation and streamlining recruitment processes. Her deep understanding of the College's mission and her dedication to its faculty and staff have made a significant impact during her tenure. The Director of Human Resources position will not be filled, as the responsibilities and strategic focus of the role are evolving into the comprehensive scope of the Vice President of People and Culture.

In her new capacity as Vice President of People and Culture, Voight will lead a comprehensive strategy focused on talent acquisition, employee and leadership development, organizational culture, overall employee well-being and emergency management. This expanded role reflects the growing importance of a holistic approach to human capital, moving beyond traditional HR functions to strategically cultivating a vibrant and engaging workplace.

"Robyn's leadership, vision and passion for creating an exceptional employee experience have been evident in her work as Director of HR," said Dr. Jeremy McMillen, President of Grayson College. "Her promotion to Vice President of People and Culture acknowledges her outstanding contributions and positions us to further enhance our employee-centric strategies. We are excited for her to champion initiatives that will ensure Grayson College remains a premier workplace where everyone can thrive."

Prior to joining Grayson College, Voight brought a wealth of experience in human resources from healthcare, retail and manufacturing. She holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is also a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).

Please join us in congratulating Robyn Voight on her well-deserved promotion and expanded leadership role within Grayson College.
