With Grab & Go options for students on the run, a full food market for greater needs, and a monthly Mobile Food Pantry, Grayson Cares offers multiple ways to support students experiencing food insecurity.
Free Food OptionsVic's Market
Located on the 2nd Floor of the Life Center, Vic’s Market serves as Grayson College’s central on-campus food resource for enrolled students.
The market includes:
- Grab and Go Counter – Quick and convenient food options for students between classes.
- Full Food Pantry – A variety of grocery and pantry items available to help meet ongoing needs.
Mobile Food Pantry
In partnership with community food resources, Grayson Cares hosts a Mobile Food Pantry on the 4th Wednesday of each month on the Denison Main Campus. This outdoor distribution provides additional food support for students, employees, and community members.

Gas Voucher Program
Grayson Cares offers limited gas vouchers to assist students with transportation related to college attendance and academic success. Availability and eligibility are determined through a quick application process.

Family Program and Emergency Aid
Whether you are pregnant, parenting, or facing an unexpected financial challenge, the Grayson Cares Family Program and Emergency Aid is here to support you with resources and emergency financial assistance.

Meal Ticket
The Meal Voucher Program, administered by Grayson Cares, was created to assist enrolled Grayson students who find themselves in extreme financial need and are experiencing food insecurity as a result.

Telehealth Counseling
Grayson College also offers virtual mental health support through Uwill, providing students with immediate access to teletherapy and wellness resources with reduced barriers to care.
