About Texoma Promise
The Texoma Promise is a partnership with local colleges, universities, and high schools to expand access to higher education and strengthen the workforce.
Through Texoma Promise, graduating high school students can earn a certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree with no out-of-pocket tuition costs. Once enrolled, success coaching and career services are provided to all Promise Scholars throughout their time in college.
The Texoma Promise is more than just a scholarship. Mentoring and workforce opportunities are provided from Texoma area leaders and businesses.

Getting Started
Pledge
Fill out and submit the Texoma Promise Pledge form by February 9, 2024
Apply
Apply to a Promise partner college or university by February 9, 2024
Submit FAFSA
Submit your FAFSA or TASFA prior to high school graduation
Register
Enroll in the Summer and/or fall immediately following High School graduation by June 1, 2024
Eligibility
Open to US citizens and non-US citizens that qualify for Texas residence
