How to Create a Request Ticket

Navigate to the Help Desk (help.grayson.edu)
Sign In (Signing in is required to see the Facility Services - Maintenance ticket option)
Select Services along the top navigation menu
Select "Facility Services"
Select Facility Services - Maintenance"
Select "Start Ticket"
