How to Create a Request Ticket
- Navigate to the Help Desk (help.grayson.edu)
- Sign In (Signing in is required to see the Facility Services - Maintenance ticket option)
- Select Services along the top navigation menu
- Select "Facility Services"
- Select Facility Services - Maintenance"
- Select "Start Ticket"
