Help Desk
Grayson County College is committed to helping you succeed in your distance learning courses and in your use of our online services such as Blackboard and Campus Connect. The following services are available to assist you with questions regarding Blackboard, Campus Connect, or other distance learning related questions:
- College offices may be contacted from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Main Campus
(903) 465-6030 or South Campus (903) 482-5726.
- The College Help Desk is available Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday evenings, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at (903) 647-0092.
- All other times send an email to distance@grayson.edu, including your name, telephone number, your studentid and a description of your problem. Help Desk Administrator

- Safari 2
NOTE: Although IE 8 is not recommended, you can use IE 8 in Compatibility View:
From the Blackboard login page select Tools from the menu at the top of the page and click on Compatibility View. These are the only browsers recommended for Bb CE 6. Use of any other browser, such as Chrome or AOL, may result in Bb not functioning properly.
Please note the Help Desk is unable to contribute to the scholarly content of users' work.
Students must contact their instructor for assistance with course work.
