Help Desk
Grayson County College is committed to helping you succeed in your distance learning courses and in your use of our online services such as Blackboard and Campus Connect. The following services are available to assist you with questions regarding Blackboard, Campus Connect, or other distance learning related questions:
- The College Daytime Help Desk is available Monday through Friday by calling 903-463-8788.
- The College Evening Help Desk is available Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday evenings, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at (903) 647-0092.
- All other times send an email to distance@grayson.edu, including your name, telephone number, your student id and a description of your problem. Help Desk Administrator
Please note the Help Desk is unable to contribute to the scholarly content of users' work.
Students must contact their instructor for assistance with course work.
