Some holds can prevent you from obtaining your official Grayson transcript. Please check your Campus Connect or call the Admissions Office at 903-463-8604 to make sure you have no holds before making a request.
Request an official transcript by coming to the Admissions and Records office, filling out a request form, and showing a photo ID with full name.
If you cannot come to the campus, we will need your request in writing. A printable request form is provided here.

***You must include: Full name, social security number, prior names, birth date, where to mail transcripts to, number of copies, contact information where we can reach you, your signature, and a copy of your driver's license.
If you need an official transcript sent to a college or university for educational purposes only, you may simply e-mail us your full name, social security number, dates attended, a way to contact you, and the name and address of the college/university you need it sent to.
