Include your full name, social security number, birth date, dates of attendance(if prior to 1990, your signature authorizing the release of your information, and the names and addresses of the recipient of the transcripts. *

To request an official transcript by email, you must provide the information above to transcripts@grayson.edu . (Official transcripts requested by email can only be sent to specified colleges or universities.)

by fax...

To request a transcript by fax, you must provide the information above to fax number (903) 463- 8758 . *

Grayson County College will NOT send official copies of transcripts by fax.

Note: Official Transcripts take up to 48 hours to be processed for pick up or to be mailed.
