Campus Connect Questions
- Tips for AOL users: To avoid problems viewing webpages, minimize the AOL
Browser and use a full-version browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape.
- Why doesn't my transcript display in Campus Connect? If this is your first
semester at Grayson and the semester is not over you will not have any transcript
information available until the grades are posted at the end of the semester.
- Why do I receive a time conflict message when I try to add a class and
it appears that there is not a conflict? Some classes have a lab that is
at a different time than the class and it is not shown on Campus Connect,
however once you have added the class the lab will appear on your schedule.
- How do I add a class that has a lab as a co-requisite for the class? You
must add the lab first and then the system will allow you to add the corresponding
class.
- How do I find out how much money I owe and when it must be paid? Log on
to Campus Connect and click on ACCOUNT STATUS.
- What should I do if I receive the message "A runtime error has occurred
do you wish to debug?", when I first access Campus Connect? Answer "NO" to
the question and Campus Connect should work just fine. Sometimes a web
browser will receive a script error and try to debug it because script
debugging is turned on in the web browser options.
- Why, when I click on the Online Registration and Student information button
inside the CampusConnect link nothing happens? One possible reason for this
happening is that you have a personal firewall and it is blocking you from
entering CampusConnect. If you do have a personal firewall, disable it and
try the Online Registration and Student Information button again. Another
program that will prevent you from entering CampusConnect is a pop-up stopper.
If you have a pop-up stopper running, please disable it and try again. Also
a dial-up accelerator will prevent you from opening CampusConnect. If you
have a dial-up accelerator, please exit it and try again (disabling it will
not help). One other possibility is that you have been disconnected from
the Internet.
