Established initially in February, 2004 by Dr. & Mrs.
Truman Wester of Denison, Texas in memory of "Prissy," daughter of
C.J. & Willa Dean Smith of Denison, TX. Additional funding has
been provided by Dr. & Mrs. Smith, along with friends and
family members. "Prissy" received her Associate Degree from GC,
then went on to SOSU to receive her degree in Elementary
