Established in 1999 in honor of Mrs. Charlotte Spears by
the Martin W. & Bettie J. Halsell Foundation Trust. Charlotte
was was the first President of the GC Foundation Board of
Directors. Established in February, 2000 by Charlotte R. Spears in
memory of her husband Charles. These two funds were consolidated
following Charlotte's death. The Spears family has had a major
impact in Grayson County. |
