The following services are available to assist you with questions regarding the Grayson MyPage Portal, Blackboard, Campus Connect, or other college system related questions:

    Monday - Friday
    8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • Evening Help Desk Hours:
    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday evenings
    6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

  • Walk-in help is available in the library.
  • All other times send an email to helpdesk@grayson.edu, including your Name, Telephone Number, your Grayson Student ID, and a description of your problem >> Email Help Desk Now!
  • Please note the Help Desk is unable to contribute to the scholarly content of users' work.
    Students must contact their instructor for assistance with course work.
