One of the goals of Grayson College's Office of Institutional Effectiveness is to maintain the integrity and consistency of all GC data. As the source of much "official" information about GC, we receive many requests for data. In an effort to provide better service and management of internal data requests, we are implementing the following procedures:

Prior to contacting the Institutional Effectiveness department, please review the publicly available resources on the GC Portal.

If the information you are looking for is not available from the GC Portal, please complete and send the online Data Request Form below. Our preference is to receive requests for data online so that we can monitor and track what is being requested. Providing the request online will allow us the ability to become more aware of the campus needs for information and adjust our publications accordingly.

Within 48 hours of our receiving your request, we will respond by phone or email to let you know when to expect the information (allow a minimum of two weeks). Depending on the complexity of the request, the time of year, and the volume of requests we have in queue, it may take anywhere from 3 days to several weeks.
